OUR PROCESS

We begin with selecting the fresh crop through proper physicochemical evaluation by our trained field staff according to National and International standards. The selected crop is transported from the field to the factory, where it undergoes sorting, grading, first washing, second washing, slicing, blanching and then long-term drying in multiple stages at low temperatures to preserve its natural taste, texture, and color.
